Welcome! My name is Sunny. I combine deep listening, collaborative work processes and visuals for clarity, purpose, and meaning making. Simply, I listen, I translate, I synthesize, I draw. 

I am a visual strategist and what is known as a graphic facilitator and graphic recorder. Some people call us sketchnoters, others call us scribes. By adding a visual practitioner to your projects and in-person convenings, we help participants be present and contributing by:

• Modeling how to listen, engage, and interact with the content,
• Encouraging participation with contribution,
• Re-focusing participant attention,
• Reflecting back to the group what they know as a collective,
• Inviting participants to clarify ideas or positions, to dig deeper,
• Surrounding them with visuals of their knowledge and work in stunning visual ways,
• Creating a relevant real-time bespoke Instagrammable moment,
• Serving as visual record to show and share what was accomplished or learned.
